MyQM Mall Guarantee
MyQM Mall Guarantee is a feature built to provide both Buyers and Sellers peace of mind.
As buyers make full payment during purchase, the payments to sellers are temporarily held by MyQM Mall until Buyers confirm that the orders have been fulfilled and satisfactory.
Below is an example of how the MyQM Mall Guarantee works;
**Estimated Delivery Date – the estimated delivery date for the logistics partner to deliver the parcel
- If your parcel has ben shipped and you still do not receive your order before the final delivery date, you may choose to request a refund before the MyQM Mall Guarantee period ends.
- You may click on “Order Received” after you have confirmed receiving your order in Good and Satisfactory condition. The platform will protect you such that you can request for a return or refund within the MyQM Mall Guarantee period if you don’t receive your orders.
- Once “Order Received” is clicked, your payment will be released to the seller. Any return or refund at that point will not be possible.
- If “Order Received” is NOT clicked after 7 days of receiving the orders, the platform will automatically recognize that the orders have been received in Good condition by the buyer. Your payments will then be released to the Seller automatically.
